是因為建商價格設高高 死撐著三年五年才等到冤大頭買
房子蓋好一年+10%賣掉 不如+30%等三年看有沒有人買 大概4這樣.

: 略建案銷售後,建商會延續多年售後服務,即便交屋後5年、10年,當住戶遇到居家相關
